This 8-day clock is in an attractive oak, mahogany, rosewood and inlaid case.
The movement is clean, in working condition, and keeps good time. It rings to a bell on the hour.
The painted face depicts a pastoral scene with a shepherdess to the arch and sheep to the corners.
The hood has a swan neck pediment and turned pillars.
The trunk also has turned pillars, the panelled base having ogee feet. The door has a lock and key.
There has been some minor restoration to the veneer, and to the clock face numerals.
